etekcity-2011-plusDie PH Skala geht von 1 (sauer) bis 14 (alkalisch/ basisch). Der Mensch sollte / muss auf einem ausgewogenen PH Niveau leben von 7 bis 7.5.  Der PH-Wert kann sich während des Tages mal leicht nach oben oder unten bewegen. Der PH Wert ist im Blut, Urin und Speichel messbar. Es gibt da diese billigen Papierstreifen in jeder Drogerie/Apotheke, die man zum Nachweis benutzen kann, die jedoch schon mal etwas ungenau sein können. Besser ist es sich einmal ein vernünftiges Gerät anzuschaffen, welches wesentlich genauer ist.
Beispiel: von der Firma Etekcity Artilkel 2011 plus  ca. 20 Euro

Wenn sich nun der PH Wert überwiegend über 7.5 bewegt, müsste man gegensteuern um den Wert wieder in den grünen Bereich, also zwischen 7.0 und 7.5 zu bekommen. Wenn der Wert unter 7.0 liegt, müsste man genau in die umgekehrte Richtung gegensteuern.

Es ist in jedem Falle ungesund nachhaltig über 7.5 oder unter 7.0 zu liegen.

Nun ist es ganz offensichtlich, dass man durch Getränke und Lebensmittel diese Werte beinflussen kann. Für Lebensmittel gibt es Übersichtskarten – Informationen, die dabei behilflich sind, den PH Wert bei der Ernährung / Einkauf zu berücksichtigen.

Dortt erfährt man auch u.a. welche Produkte gute Säurebildner und welche schlechte sind.

Wenn es zu Getränken kommt, wird dieses Thema sehr intensiv.

Die meisten Menschen sind eher zu “sauer” (unter 7.o) als zu “basisch” (über 7.5). Warum ist dies so? Weil sie vermutlich zu viel saure Getränke zu sich nehmen und dazu kommt noch das wir alle viel zu viel Fleisch essen.

Wenn ich also Wasser trinke, was einen PH Wert von 7.o bis 7.5 hat ist alles sehr im grünen Bereich.

Wenn ich jetzt ein Wasser trinke, was einen PH Wert von 6.o hat, dann sagen die meisten, es ist ja nur eine Einheit weniger. Nun es ist Fakt, dass diese “nur eine Nummer“, eine 10-fache Übersäuerung verglichen mit 7.o darstellt. 10-fach !!!!

Nun, können Sie dagegenhalten, keiner ist so dumm seinen Körper so zu schädigen. Denn jedes mal bringe ich den Körper ja in Richtung Krankheit. Na warten Sie mal ein paar Zeilen ab.

Nun, wenn ich ein Getränk zu mir nehme, welches eine PH Wert von nur 5.o hat, ist dieses bereits eine 100-fache Übersäuerung von 7.o ausgehend. 100-fach!!! Nun können Sie dagegenhalten, keiner ist so dumm…….. abwarten.

Nun, wenn ich ein Getränk zu mir nehme, welches einen PH Wert von nur 4.o hat, ist dies bereits eine 1000-fache Übersäuerung von 7.o ausgehend. 1,000-fach!!! Nun können Sie dagegenhalten, keiner ist so dumm…….. abwarten.

Ich habe mir mal die Mühe und die Freude gemacht genau da einzusteigen. Ich habe etliche Getränke getestet und hier sind die Ergebnisse, die natürlich nicht vollständig sind und die angegebenen Produkte werden wohl mehr oder weniger alle Getränke dieser Art von allen Firma repräsentieren.

7.o bis 7.5 bekommt man von gutem Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und von allen Stillen Wassern, sofern es keine Umkehrosmosewasser sind. Ich spreche dabei jetzt nur von dem PH Wert und spreche nicht von eventuellen Unreinheiten des Wassers. Das ist ein ganz anderes Thema. Aber nochmals aus meiner Sicht ist jedes Wasser unakzeptabel, wenn es in seinem PH Wert schon nicht stimmt.

Da gibt es dann noch die Firma BBB Gebäudetechnik in der Nähe von Augsburg. Für nur Euro 250.00 gibt es bei denen ein kleines Gerät, um es an die Kaltwasserleitung unter der Spüle anzubringen, was jeder selbst anbringen kann. BBB garantiert einen PH Wert von 7.0 bis 7.5 zu liefern, sowie alle Giftstoffe zu entfernen ohne die wertvollen Mineralien rauszunehmen. Ein ganzes Haussystem liegt bei ca Euro 3,000.00

Zunächst einmal, wenn es nach mir ginge, müsste auf jeder Flasche / Container mit Getränken und bei jedem Wasserfiltersystem, der PH Wert angegeben werden. Das wäre der Minimalschutz des Verbrauchers, sich gesund zu ernähren und der zweite Schritt gesund zu bleiben oder werden (nach Sauerstoff – siehe oben), bzw Krankheiten erfolgreicher zu bekämpfen oder zu verhindern.

Ich sage nicht, dass der PH Wert der einzige Indikator für gutes Wasser ist. Aber wenn dieser Wert schon daneben liegt, kann ich dieses Wasser abhaken. Ich mache meinen Körper kaputt. Ebenso wie Wasserflaschen die ich sah, die stolz einen PH Wert von 9.2 anzeigten. Kompletter Schwachsinn auf der anderen Seite.

Je ausgeglichener der PH Wert im Körper ist, je schlechter die Karten für Bakterien und Krankheiten im Körper zu überleben. Es ist allgemein bekannt, das Krankheiten wie Krebs etc. eine saure Basis brauchen und wenn dann noch ein geringe Sauerstoffsättigung dazu kommt, dann haben die Krankheiten ihr Zuhause.

Jetzt stelle doch mal aus der obigen Liste zusammen wie viel an übersäuerten Getränken Du Tag für Tag zu Dir nimmst – Mineralwasser, Kaffee, Bier, Saft, Umkehrsosmosewassr etc etc. etc.

Dazu kommt dann noch, dass wir alle viel zu viel Fleisch essen – ebenfalls übersäuert. Und dann wundern wir uns, dass absolut niemand den wir kennen, wirklich gesund ist.

Der Körper braucht Wasser. Reines gutes gesundes Wasser. Schmeckt natürlich auf die Dauer langweilig. Verstehe ich. Wasser ist nicht sexy und macht keine Lust. Aber dies ist das Grundprinzip in einer Gesellschaft wie unseren. Während tausende Kinder wöchentlich sterben, weil sie zu wenig oder nur unreines Wasser haben, muss es bei uns was Fetziges sein, dass uns alle Krank macht. Mit Lust ins Alzheimer-Zeitalter. Die Pforte zum Pflegeheim trägt bereits Deinen Namen. Herzlich Willkommen im täglichen Wahnsinn und in das Karussell von falschen Informationen.

Drinking the right water & Hydration – I do not need a doctor for that.

Hydration: Giving the body water in sufficient quality and quantity so that can fulfill all it’s tasks and body functions.
It is now well known that the body consists of 80% water, give or take. Most of this 80% of our body’s water is not in our urine, not in the stomach, or our blood, which consist of 90% water. Most of this water is contained in our trillions and trillions of cells. It has also been revealed that we have cellular communication in our bodies with water as the conduit. This exchange of information is based on quantum physics, which knows no time and no space. A sufficient level of water in the body, but more importantly, the highest quality of water available, is absolutely crucial for your health. Water helps the body detoxify, distributes nutrients and initiates almost all bodily functions.

Your necessary water intake can not replaced with drinks such as tea, beer, juices, coffee etc. Although these contain water they also contain many harmful additives such as sugar, chemicals, caffeine, alcohol, artificial sweetener etc. Consumption of these drinks causes more dehydration than hydration. This effect works against the desired detoxification. When you are dehydrated the hyou will retain more toxins and it will be harder to detoxify as you should.

Using Kinesiology as a testing method over the last two years in my workshops I have yet to find someone who has not been dehydrated. I hear over and over, “Yes but I have been drinking so much water all day long …”. And  my answer always is the same: Primarily it depends on the quality of the water and not the volume. It’s generally not the drinking quantity which enables hydration, rather the ability of the water to penetrate the cells tot he body’s need. In a dehydrated state the body demands more and more water.

The molecular clusters of water must be so fine that they can effectively enter the cells to do their job, which is the binding of waste materials to carry them out oft he body. The majority of the water consumed, regardless of it’s source does not allow this to happen.

To be permanently dehydrated is to throw open the doors to chronic disease. I have personally never seen any doctor examine a patient for hydration / dehydration. I have never heard a doctor ask his patient: „ What kind water are you drinking?“. It is a real shame that these medical professionals have little to no understanding of this vital knowledge.

Unknown to the general public the Water Mafia has secretly monopolized and divided up the water resources of this planet.

0In the future the supply of fresh water will be much more important than energy. A few selected corporations are buying out the remaining independent small, good quality water companies to take over established shelf space in the super markets. Most of the time only third-class water will fill these bottles. Coca-Cola company for example, which owns over 120 drink brands, markets a product called DASANI, all over North America. On their website Coca-Cola admits that this is straight tap water, just shamelessly run through reverse osmosis filter.

There are companies that are buying up all fresh water rights in countries all over the world. Either they are a monopoly, or in an oligopoly, which allows them to control supply and price. Fasten seat belts.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water

This has been one of the most “recommended” water from the health industry. However, my data comes from the agricultural world.

 

A plant nursery’s water well had excess salt in it. The nursery went the conventional way by removing the excess salt with a reverse osmosis system. It did a fantastic job in removing the salt. However, 45 days after the system was un-returnable, they noticed fungus starting to attack all of their plants. This led to 10s of 1,000s of plants no longer able to be sold due to black spots and a fungal infection. The use of a fungicide simply ate up the profit and was not an acceptable solution.

 

This is when I was brought in to come up with a non-conventional solution to help the plants.

 

What I observed was that the RO water systems delivered 5.5-6.4pH water, which had less than 50ppm of minerals in the water which is also the reason why it is called “hungry water”. If this was not bad enough RO water has a “frequency” which has a strong tendency to promote fungal growth. This frequency comes from the fact that RO water filter membranes are made by shining radioactive materials to puncture the micron size holes. This does not leave radiation but it does leave the frequency of the radiation.

 

This “frequency” issue is also problematic for humans as the same condition which causes fungus to grow on plants will grow in our guts.

 

RO water has another SERIOUS problem and that is it is devoid of minerals. This lack of minerals will leach the minerals out of your tissue and bones. This is not a short term proposition. It takes a lifetime and one ends up with osteoporosis and many other “old age” diseases, over acidic conditions, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

 

We should be drinking water that has a 7-7.5pH. When you consume RO water, which unfortunately is contained in 90% of bottled waters and 90% of the home owner water filtration devices, this increases the aging process by increasing the acidity in the human body. This of course opens the door to acid-loving creatures and disease.

 

For example, Candida loves an acid environment. Now we add and excessive consumption of sugars, which leads to the PERFECT environment for Candida to proliferate.

Another example is the common “old age” disease. What is this condition called “old age” disease? Putting it in extreme simple forms, the over-acidity condition of the body has a tendency to dissolve the Calcium and Magnesium and other minerals and precipitate them out. Yes, some of this goes out in the form of urine, but most of it gets clogged in the tissues. Depending on where it clogs, the doctors give it a name. For example, if it clogs the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas, we call it Diabetes; if it clogs the knuckles, we call it Bursitis; if it clogs your brain, we call it Alzheimer’s; and if it gets stuck in the tissues, we call it Arthritis.

 

The bottom line is this: The Calcium and Magnesium simply clogs that area, preventing oxygen and nutrition from entering the location. At the same time, this clogging prevents lactic acid and other waste from removal.

 

The excess precipitated Calcium and Magnesium in a water pipe is called limescale build-up.

Regarding RO water filters

 

I was reminded about the limitations and parameters that reverse osmosis operates within.
I am sorry to spoil the business for those who sell the so-called “reverse osmosis” filters under a claim that they remove fluorides.

 

Sodium fluoride, sodium silicofluoride, fluorosilicic acid, hydrofluosilicic acid, ammonium fluosilicate are among the compounds used as fluoridating agents. All those substances become ionized in water, and so, they would pass right through the reverse osmosis filter.

 

You can read that in any textbook on laboratory chemistry.

 

Reverse osmosis is the passage of water under pressure through a semipermeable membrane made of cellulose acetate, aromatic polyamides, cellulose acetobutyrates or other materials.
This treatment removes approximately 90 percent of DISSOLVED SOLIDS and 98 percent of ORGANIC impurities, INSOLUBLE matter and microbiological organisms. Reverse osmosis removes only about 10 percent of IONIC IMPURITIES and does not remove DISSOLVED GASES.

 

This method of water purification will produce type III water (the lowest laboratory grade) and is frequently used to treat water BEFORE its passage through ion-exchange resins to reduce the load on an expensive ion-exchange bed.

 

In addition to claims that reverse-osmosis filters remove fluorides, some commercial enterprises sell water filtered using reverse osmosis, also with a claim that it removes fluorides. RO systems do reduce some of the fluoride but it does not completely remove it to non-detectable levels. I guess the only reason they continue doing that is because so far nobody had sued them for misrepresentation.

So is thirst not a distress signal, but only an indicator that it is now slowly time to drink something?

Karstädt: No animal drinks when it is not thirsty. This is similar to eating. If the body does not ask for it, do not eat or drink! Your body should be the only body that decides when to eat and whenever you drink. Most of us are far away. In the case of food, this is already clear to many people. This does not necessarily mean that this insight has already landed in behavior. Many people do not act according to their knowledge and what they do. But drinking has established a standpoint that is far from natural and therefore healthy behavior. Do you know of any animals that have to walk to the water station every half hour because their mouths are dry? I know a lot of people who are almost panicked when they do not have a water bottle and can drink anything naselang.

So if you have a constant desire for water, should you ask yourself whether your drinking water has the necessary quality?

Karstädt: That is a basic prerequisite. The second is: Do I have to get rid of toxins and do my body need more water? It is therefore about the quality of the water and the inner state of the organism. These two factors determine the amount of drinking. If one wants to look at one’s own organism, the individual drinking behavior is dependent on different influences: once it is the constitution, which quite differentiates us humans. The warmer Yang Constitutions, which are more agile and warmer, sometimes with a quick-tempered temper, need a more heated constitution, and thus more fluid, due to the loss of fluid. They have more need for beverages and need that too. The cooler Yin constitutions, on the other hand, have no need for beverages and need only a very limited supply of liquid. If you are here with a “much drinking is always good” concept all over a comb shears, can do a lot of damage.

Of course, the climate also plays an important role in this issue. If you are living in a hot climate or if the temperatures change, it is of course important to compare the fluid loss with the corresponding fluid intake. It is similar in different works. Age and food intake play a major role in the need for fluid intake. If you work sweat or do sports, you need more water. If you eat spiced foods you need more water! It is very easy if you have learned to pay attention to your own body. Listen to your thirst as you should also listen to your hunger! Sometimes, however, you just have to take a sip of water or tea in the mouth and the body immediately gives information about whether I want and need it now. The pulse is very clear. You can trust the body and you should not believe everything you think!

How do you know if the amount of drinking is adequate?

Karstädt: An indicator of sufficient fluid is the concentration and color of your urine. The urine should be yellowish and thus be in a medium concentration. This natural and thus healthy yellowish color of the urine sets itself off from a too high concentration and thus an intensely yellow coloring of the urine, which then can look like beer. The healthy color also differs from the almost colorless appearance of a diluted urine. Unfortunately, this pale urine is the declared goal of many water fanatics who believe that this is healthy.

As is often the case, it is a healthy way of medication, which can be judged by reference to urine color, body temperature and the frequency of urinary urgency, as well as the imperative urgency of watering. In itself, our thirst is often a good indication. This feeling of thirst can, however, be changed by the intake of strongly spiced and salted foods, finished products, which are usually also highly sweetened and salted, as well as nicotine, alcohol and other toxins and medicines so that it no longer indicates the real need. Here, the organism requires water to bind the harmful substances, such as sugar and plate salt, or to keep them in solution.

In the normal case, however, if you have cold hands and feet, if your urine is the color of water, if you run all naselang to the toilet, you should eat more and drink less. Many people have been infected by the propaganda of drinking water. The basic rule is that the more you drink, the better. Here I would like to state clearly: the more fluid we absorb and store in the body, the colder we become. Even warm teas are still cooling like the cold drinks after an initial warming by the heat supply. An under-temperature, however, helps us to live in a symphatic state, that is, We are tense and stressed. This stress condition prevents deacidification and detoxification. St Stress prevents healing, which can only take place in the relaxed state. Detoxification and deacidification, however, is exactly what most people want to achieve, which drink extra group quantities of water. They want to get rid of toxins and acids and “rinse the kidneys”. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The more water and liquid we drink, the more the kidneys must work. Weakening kidneys with work is not a good idea!
